2. Access requests and availability
Submitting a request does not open an account, create a cardholder relationship, guarantee eligibility, reserve a limit, or authorize funding. Availability is subject to KYC/KYB, sanctions, risk, jurisdiction, partner, and technical approval.
3. Verification and lawful use
Applicants must provide accurate information and complete identity, liveness, beneficial-ownership, sanctions, PEP, source-of-funds, and other reviews requested. False information, third-party impersonation, evasion, unlawful activity, or interference with controls is prohibited.
4. Accounts, conversion, and cards
Account jurisdictions, currencies, payment capabilities, supported assets, settlement timing, card network, wallets, delivery, and functionality are confirmed during onboarding. Stablecoin conversion, account access, and card issuance are not available until the relevant approval is complete.
5. Fees
Published pricing is a 0.9% conversion spread, a $349 USD yearly account fee, a $49 replacement-card fee, a 1% non-USD foreign-exchange fee, and a 1% ATM fee. The account fee is charged after KYC/KYB approval and is non-refundable. The virtual card is free. Partner or third-party charges are disclosed where applicable before use.
6. Regulatory information
Services in Mexico are delivered through a licensed IFPE partner. Lettvei LLC is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business in Puerto Rico. Registration as an MSB does not constitute government endorsement, deposit insurance, or approval of every product.
7. Changes and contact
