FAQ

What to know before applying.

Fees, qualification, verification, operating limits, and what happens when a payment or transfer stalls.

Q1

Why does LETTVEI charge a yearly fee?

Client fees fund the service. LETTVEI does not depend on selling client data, monetizing order flow, or turning client attention into advertising inventory.

Q2

What is the minimum relationship size?

The current qualification minimum is [CONFIRM MINIMUM]. Eligibility, KYC/KYB, partner approval, local law, and risk review still apply.

Q3

What is the largest supported transfer?

Transfer and operating ceilings depend on the approved profile, corridor, partner, and supporting evidence. Current ceilings: [CONFIRM CEILINGS].

Q4

What happens if a transfer stalls or a payment is rejected?

A named contact owns the issue, coordinates requests for evidence, and explains the next step. Target response time: [CONFIRM SLA].

Q5

What happens if my contact changes?

Your approved context, service history, and open issues remain with LETTVEI. A new contact receives the record rather than asking you to restart.

Q6

Can LETTVEI decline an application early?

Yes. Residence, business activity, source of funds, intended use, sanctions exposure, partner appetite, and local law may make a profile unsuitable.

Q7

What verification is required?

Individuals complete KYC. Companies complete KYB, beneficial-ownership review, and verification of authorized representatives. Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence may also be required.

Q8

Is LETTVEI anonymous?

No. Privacy means purpose-limited collection and protection from commercial exploitation. It never means concealing identity or activity from regulated partners, regulators, or lawful process.

Q9

Are accounts and cards available now?

All products are currently available by invitation request and remain subject to eligibility, KYC/KYB, partner approval, local law, and risk review.

Q10

What does it cost?

The conversion spread is 0.9%. The account fee is $349 USD yearly. Virtual cards are free, replacement cards are $49, non-USD FX is 1%, and ATM use is 1%.

Q11

How is LETTVEI regulated?

Services in Mexico are delivered through a licensed IFPE partner. Lettvei LLC is registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business in Puerto Rico.
